New - Induction Tutor & ECT Clinics

To further support our induction tutors & ECTs, as an AB we are taking the opportunity to offer online drop-in clinics to those in these roles to provide one on one support to anyone who feels they may need it. This could be in relation to general induction, your entitlements, reduction/extension requests, general wellbeing, really anything that you think might need answering to do with the AB & your role. These will be 30-minute bookable meetings offering you the opportunity for an informal chat with our AB Lead, Helen Thatcher. Please see the list below of dates & timings for when these clinics will take place. We also hope, later down the line, to start offering twilight drop-ins once a term for all people involved in the statutory guidance for induction and AB. This will provide the opportunity to answer more generalised questions and gather thoughts on how we could improve and what we have done well to support your role.
